Renovations and additions to the North and South Plazas of Welch Hall
- Total area of both plazas – 20,000 sq. ft.
- Replacement of exposed aggregate concrete topping, limestone walls and parapets, expansion joints, waterproofing, and planters
- Addition of steel canopies, light fixtures, trench drains, concrete steps, ramps, and ADA ramps
