Motorola Parking Garages for Ed Bluestein and Oakhill

Project includes six parking garages for the Motorola campuses located at Ed Bluestein Blvd., and Oakhill. The six parking garages are 2 to 4 levels with a total parking space for approximately 3,000 cars. The structures are constructed mainly with cast in place piers, columns, shear walls, and topping; precast double tees, beams and spandrels precast concrete members. Location: Austin, Texas

State Visitor Parking Garage

Three level, 1000 car parking garage. Cast in place concrete piers with slab on grade foundation system. Upper levels are cast in place post-tensioned concrete beams and slab, cast in place concrete columns and shear walls. Exterior walls are masonry and glass blocks. Site slopes more than 12 feet. Location: Austin, Texas

Horizontal II Office Building Parking Garage

 
Four level, 480 car parking garage. Cast in place concrete piers with slab on grade foundation system. Upper levels are precast double tees supported by precast inverted tee beams and precast spandrels which are supported by precast columns and shear walls. Exterior walls are precast architectural panels.

Midtown Medical Office Building Parking Garage
 
Seven level, 600 car parking garage. Cast in place concrete piers with slab on grade foundation system. Upper levels are precast double tees supported by precast inverted tee beams and precast spandrels which are supported by precast columns and shear walls. Exterior walls are precast architectural panels.

Texas Municipal Retirement System Parking Garage

3 & 1/2 level, 400 car parking garage. Cast in place concrete piers with slab on grade foundation system. Upper levels are cast in place concrete beams and slab, cast in place concrete columns and shear walls. Exterior walls are masonry and architectural precast panels. Basement parking level is 15'-0" below grade.

Wild Basin Office Building and Parking Garage

Project includes 110,000 sq. ft. four story office building, and 4 level, 600 car parking garage. Office building was constructed with concrete beams, joists, slab, basement walls, and columns. Foundation system was slab on grade with deep piers. Exterior finish was combination of masonry and spandrel glass. Parking garage is constructed of cast in place concrete beams, joists, and columns.
