The project consists of a single story 15,000 sq. ft. steel framed building and a 3,300 sq. ft. pre-engineered building. The building is constructed of steel joists, steel beams and steel columns supported on drilled shaft foundation system. Building floor is stiffened slab on grade on compacted select fill. The parking garage is constructed of mainly precast concrete beams, columns, and double ties.
