Columbus Community Hospital Expansion


The project consists of a single story 15,000 sq. ft. steel framed building and a 3,300 sq. ft. pre-engineered building. The building is constructed of steel joists, steel beams and steel columns supported on drilled shaft foundation system. Building floor is stiffened slab on grade on compacted select fill. Pre-engineered building is supported on stiffened slab on grade foundation on compacted select fill. Location: Columbus, Texas

Mid-Town Medical Center

The project includes a four story 60,000 sq. ft. office building and a six story parking garage. The office building is constructed of composite steel beams and columns. The parking garage is constructed of mainly precast concrete beams, columns, and double ties. The foundation system of both the office building and the parking garage is slab on grade with drilled piers 30' deep to limestone. Location: Austin, Texas

Round Rock Hospital Medical Building

The project includes a four story 40,000 sq. ft. medical office building. The office building is constructed of composite steel beams and columns supported by slab on grade and drilled piers. Project also includes a linear accelerator building constructed of three foot thick concrete wall and ceiling. Round Rock, Texas

Brownsville Imaging Center

The project includes a two-story, 22,000 sq. ft. office, laboratory, medical building. The building frame is constructed of structural steel beams, columns, joist and decking. The foundation system is slab on grade and shallow footings. Location: Brownsville, Texas

The project includes a one story, 20,000 sq. ft. office, imaging, and medical building. The building frame is constructed of structural steel beams, columns, joists, and decking. The foundation system of the building is slab on grade with drilled piers. Corpus Christi, Texas

Structural renovation of an existing building including the addition of a mechanical platform to support new mechanical equipments. Location: Austin, Texas
