Principal, Frank Lam P.E. has been practicing structural engineering in Austin since he graduated from the University of Texas in 1975 with a B.S. degree and in 1980 with a M.S. degree. Our engineering team is experienced in designing and managing multi-discipline projects of different sizes. we will evaluate the client's objectives, options, resources, and institute the most effectual method in completing the projects. Our objective is to ensure that all works performed meets or exceeds the client's expectations and contract requirements.
